OnePetro Welcomes SEG

OnePetro is pleased to announce the addition of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) as its newest contributing society. OnePetro customers now have access to SEG’s technical program expanded abstracts (or conference papers), which have been presented at the SEG Annual Meetings and International Expositions since 1982. SEG offers the following prices for its expanded abstracts:

• Documents dated between 1982-1989 are $9 (USD) / per paper
• Documents dated between 1990-1999 are $15 (USD) / per paper
• Documents dated 2000 to present are $21 (USD) / per paper

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the science of applied geophysics and the education of geophysicists. SEG was founded in 1930, and fosters the expert and ethical practice of geophysics in the exploration and development of natural resources, in characterizing the near surface, and in mitigating earth hazards. The Society has more than 33,000 members in 138 countries and fulfills its mission through its publications, conferences, forums, Web sites, and educational opportunities.
